The Erie Shore Landing Ice Cream shop is located at the Port of Newark on the North side of the Erie Canal. It is a full-service ice cream shop featuring delicious Gifford’s and Upstate Farms ice cream. Our extensive menu offers various ice cream flavors, milkshakes, sundaes, floats, and assorted toppings. We feature weekly specials, often with homemade baked goods from the Café.
It’s the perfect spot to indulge yourself, or your family, in a delicious treat while sitting in the T. Spencer Knight Park or strolling along the canal walk.
The ice cream shop is open seven days a week, generally from May through October.
The Erie Shore Landing Ice Cream Shop is owned and operated by the Arc of Wayne, a not-for-profit organization. Your patronage allows for the training and employment of people with disabilities to remain productive members of society, secure in their abilities and talents.
